Betty Graham and Bob Foster, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker, and Jay Rubenstein, Manager of Coldwell Banker Malibu West office, recently congratulated Chris Cortazzo for his outstanding performance and production in sales and listings for 2014. He is the #1 agent for Malibu, California, Nationally and Internationally for Coldwell Banker.
His inventory list consists of over 60 listings totaling close to $700,000,000.
Since 2000, Chris has nearly $4 billion in real estate establishing him as Malibu's #1 agent for the past decade. "Given the fragile state of the broader economy and prevailing uncertainty of the market, this is truly remarkable, Chris continues to defy all market expectations" says James T. Ratcliff, President & CEO of Publish Homes, Inc.
Chris has changed the face of real estate in Malibu, and is clearly in a league of his own. He credits his success to hard work, extensive networking, having integrity, and putting his client's interest first. He makes deals happen, always trying to be a part of the solution; facing challenges head on, and focusing on the positive. "His success is not accidental, it is a result of his dedication to delivering truly remarkable service with an eye to discretion" says Betty Graham.
Chris was born and raised in Malibu; He grew up on Point Dume, where he currently resides. Chris is passionate about surfing, collecting art, travelling, and keeping close to his family. He consistently gives back to his community, donating to over 40 charities per year. He's been on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls club of Malibu since 2007, and is chairperson for several local annual fundraising events.
